Can I cancel at any time without penalty?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 15th of the month, your cancellation will take effect that month. If you cancel after the 15th, the cancellation will take place for the following month.

What if I receive wine that is damaged or has gone bad?
If you receive the wine and it is damaged, you should sign for it as damaged and report it to us as soon as possible (no later than 15 days). If the wine has gone bad, you should notify us immediately. We will replace any damaged wine or wine that has gone bad.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?
We ship by UPS on the 15th of each month. Depending on your location, allow 4-7 days for delivery. All packagers require an adult signature (by Federal Law). If you are not home during the day we recommend submitting an alternate address (neighbor, place of business, etc). Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

What if I am going to be away on vacation or business?
Contact us and we will either hold your shipments pending your return or extend your membership for the non-shipped months

Can I order type of wine I want?
Yes. By default you'll be sent one red and one white wine per month. However, you may specify all reds or all whites by emailing us your preference. If your preference changes, just tell us prior to the 15th of the month. You may make changes as often as you like.

What if I prefer higher priced wines than I receive from the club?
Tell us your price points and we'll adjust your monthly membership cost to include exceptional boutique wines that match your higher price range.

Do you offer any written material on the wines?
Every monthly shipment will contain our newsletter with tasting notes on that months wines. In addition, past newsletters are available by clicking here.

Do you offer corporate or gift discounts?
Absolutely. The discount percentage is dependant on the number of gift memberships – can be from one month to a year. Prepaid memberships get an even larger discount. Every gift membership will contain a personalized card identifying you as the sender. The cards will change for the season or holiday. The recipient will know every month that you are thinking of them.

Can I pay by check or must it be by credit card?
Our policy is to accept only standard credit cards: Visa, Master Card, or American Express. We also accept bank debit cards. We do not accept payment by check.

What makes Mercury Wine Club different or better than other wine clubs?
We will not be so egotistical to claim to be superior over other wine clubs. The larger clubs cannot purchase from the small or medium size wineries that have annual production too little for their need. We are unique in that we keep our club small enough to allow for our affiliated wineries to keep a private reserve for our members. All wines are personally tasted by Sanford, owner of Mercury Wine Club.

What if I am hesitant to join?
You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. If after your first month, you are not completely satisfied, you are free to cancel.
